- I describe the photo as a reaction of the water on the tree. As a human, we need water in order to survive as of the tree. Likewise, if we don't drink water we are going to dehydrate and it can kill us. drink 8 glasses of water a day. we can't resist water because it is our daily need.

Ans. The picture has a lot of description. First of all, i can say that the picture has a life because of its bright colors..Second, i can see trees planted in the man's body..Lastly, the man in the picture drinks water - maybe for the plant to grow.

Ans.My interpretation on the photo is i can say that there is a so called entigumentary change because the man distinguishes, separates, protects and informs the animal with regard to its surroundings. This gas exchange system, where gases simply diffuse into and out of the interstitial fluid.

= The illustration shows an image of a man half-drunk in a tree while enjoying the remaining drops of liquor from the bottle. Unknowingly and because the man is trapped in the state of euphoria, the growing plant is slowly eating the mans body while it's rootsare spreading to the soil.

=The person in the picture represents as a lazy person and waiting only opportunity and something that will give him satisfaction, the person is lack of initiative in the sense that he is negligence in his own self, community and in the nature as well. He only satisfied himself of what he had and he never mind the people around him.Furthermore, the person emphasizes greediness and dependent those of those Filipinos who are only depending what he can get and laid on.
3. Implication
= The implication of this is people will be get poorer and poorer until they suffer famine, poverty and death. The selfishness of a person leads him in misunderstanding and trouble. 4. Relevace
=People intent to say that in our country, lack of job opportunities is the leading cause of poverty. But, that statement is quite unacceptable just by looking at the image in the illustration. Lack of job is not the main reason, instead the inborn laziness of the people that pulls down to misery and poverty.
If the attitude will never be corrected, from the very individual the community and the entire will be forever facing poverty and the increasing financial debt that we owe from other nations. This reality started from our early ancestors, and is rampantly rooting down to the present race. In rare cases, when the resulting fertilized egg, called a zygote, tries to divide into a two-celled embryo, the two cells separate. Each cell continues dividing on its own, ultimately developing into a separate individual within the mother. Since the two cells came from the same zygote, the resulting individuals are genetically identical.
Artificial embryo twinning uses the same approach, but it occurs in a Petri dish instead of in the mother's body. This is accomplished by manually separating a very early embryo into individual cells, and then allowing each cell to divide and develop on its own. The resulting embryos are placed into a surrogate mother, where they are carried to term and delivered. Again, since all the embryos came from the same zygote, they are genetically identical.

Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is a nucleic acid that contains the genetic instructions used in the development and functioning of all known living organisms and some viruses. The main role of DNA molecules is the long-term storage of information. DNA is often compared to a set of blueprints or a recipe, or a code, since it contains the instructions needed to construct other components of cells, such as proteins and RNA molecules. The DNA segments that carry this genetic information are called genes, but other DNA sequences have structural purposes, or are involved in regulating the use of this genetic information.
Chemically, DNA consists of two long polymers of simple units called nucleotides, with backbones made of sugars and phosphate groups joined by ester bonds. These two strands run in opposite directions to each other and are therefore anti-parallel. Attached to each sugar is one of four types of molecules called bases. It is the sequence of these four bases along the backbone that encodes information. This information is read using the genetic code, which specifies the sequence of the amino acids within proteins. Cloning refers to creating a copy of living matter, such as a cell or organism. The copies produced through cloning have identical genetic makeup and are known as clones. Many organisms in nature reproduce by cloning. Scientists use cloning techniques in the laboratory to create copies of cells or organisms with valuable traits. Their work aims to find practical applications for cloning that will produce advances in medicine, biological research, and industry.

Cloning a cell means to derive a population of cells from a single cell. In the case of unicellular organisms such as bacteria and yeast, this process is remarkably simple and essentially only requires the inoculation of the appropriate medium. However, in the case of cell cultures from multi-cellular organisms, cell cloning is an arduous task as these cells will not readily grow in standard media.
A useful tissue culture technique used to clone distinct lineages of cell lines involves the use of cloning rings (cylinders)[2]. According to this technique, a single-cell suspension of cells which have been exposed to a mutagenic agent or drug used to drive selection is plated at high dilution to create isolated colonies; each arising from a single and potentially clonally distinct cell. At an early growth stage when colonies consist of only a few of cells, sterile polystyrene rings (cloning rings), which have been dipped in grease are placed over an individual colony and a small amount of trypsin is added. Cloned cells are collected from inside the ring and transferred to a new vessel for further growth.

First of all, when speaking of cloning, it is important to mention that cloning is not reserved to simply making a baby that is the exact copy of an already living human being. Human cloning has many other uses, most of these medical. It is possible to clone embryos to create new organs for the human body in order to reduce the risk of an organ being rejected On July 5th 1995, a sheep was born. In the movie, it is hard for me to review because the students who play are much noised. They always laugh when they read. It is hard for me to cope up what is the main though in the movie but since it is our requirement I must do this.
The first scene of the movie there are three young students made their experiment in the classroom. After that they showed us what they made and they are still laughing. It talks about,Genetics, (from Ancient Greek γενετικός genetikos, “genitive” and that from γένεσις genesis, “origin”[1][2][3]), a discipline of biology, is the science of heredity and variation in living organisms.[4][5] The fact that living things inherit traits from their parents has been used since prehistoric times to improve crop plants and animals through selective breeding. However, the modern science of genetics, which seeks to understand the process of inheritance, only began with the work of Gregor Mendel in the mid-nineteenth century.[6] Although he did not know the physical basis for heredity, Mendel observed that organisms inherit traits via discrete units of inheritance, which are now called genes.
Genes correspond to regions within DNA, a molecule composed of a chain of four different types of nucleotides—the sequence of these nucleotides is the genetic information organisms inherit. DNA naturally occurs in a double stranded form, with nucleotides on each strand complementary to each other. Each strand can act as a template for creating a new partner strand—this is the physical method for making copies of genes that can be inherited.
The sequence of nucleotides in a gene is translated by cells to produce a chain of amino acids, creating proteins—the order of amino acids in a protein corresponds to the order of nucleotides in the gene. This relationship between nucleotide sequence and amino acid sequence is known as the genetic code. "The main problem with things like bone is that it contains real DNA from the source, but also a load of DNA that is undesirable," said study team member Tom Gilbert of the University of Copenhagen. "For example, when a mammoth dies and the body starts putrefying, bacteria gets all throughout the body. Later, as it's buried in the ground, soil bacteria get into it."
Contamination from bacteria DNA generally make up 50 to more than 90 percent of the raw DNA extracted from the bone and muscles of ancient specimens, Gilbert said. In contrast, more than 90 percent of the DNA extracted from hairs taken from woolly mammoth specimens in the new study belonged to the extinct mega-mammals themselves.
"The quality of the DNA was fantastic," Gilbert told LiveScience. "It was way better than we ever imagined. There's both mitochondrial and nuclear DNA in there."
The finding, detailed in the Sept. 28 issue of the journal Science, could simplify DNA extraction in taxonomy, forensics, anthropology, paleontology and other fields. It could also help overcome one of the major hurdles involved in potential attempts to clone extinct animals.
Years to weeks
The researchers obtained hair from 10 woolly mammoth fossils discovered in northern Siberia and that ranged in age from 50,000 to 12,000 years old. One of the samples came from the famous Adams mammoth discovered in 1799 and stored in a Russian museum for 200 years at room temperature—far from ideal conditions for DNA preservation.
Before this study, only seven mitochondrial genomes from extinct animals had been published: four from ancient birds, two from mammoths and one from a mastodon. Mitochondria are the energy power houses of cells and carry their own separate DNA for reproduction.
"They all represented a lot of work, years of work," Gilbert said. "Our method showed that in less than a week, you can get 10 of them."

My movie review about the presentation of Genetic modification and cloning people in science school are discussing how plant cloning is made. To make it more understanding, let me present to you the definition of plant cloning.
Plant Cloning has become one of the most efficient ways to grow plant. Clones are the result of asexual or vegetative propagation, whereas, seeds are the result of sexual propagation. Cloning is basically taking a cutting (a branch or growing portion of the plant, including a few small leaves to aid growth) of one plant, and placing it in a medium and forcing it to take root on it's own, by applying rooting hormones(described later). This cutting then becomes a plant of it's own, but identical to the "parent" plant(the plant from which the clone was taken). This gives us the first benefit of cloning, survival of the fittest.

1. Describe the picture.
As I have seen the photo, there is a pregnant man who gave birth, which is the tree, that coming from his womb. He drunk water inside the water jag that holds by thin branches of the tree in order to lessen the burdens he felt and in order to survive. There is also a blanket that helps the man with what he felt. As what I have observed, the man who indeed gave birth of a tree felt very pain and very obsessed.

For me, (1) the picture communicates with what is happening in the outside world, particularly with the reproduction itself. Everyone is hungry but afraid of the truth that we are facing with. In this world, there is nothing but joy for an individual to reproduce of its kind. Most of the people are hungry of the fact and are afraid to believe what is present. Thus, this just proves that our mother Earth has improved a lot especially sciences and technology. Man or woman can give birth with or without difficulties. It just shows that there is no need to be just a woman in order to reproduce because as what the picture shows, it could also be man that can give a healthy individual in this world. A pregnant man always wanted for him to accept and believed him.(2) In order to live, man needs water especially oxygen coming from the plants which we inhale because we can live for weeks without food. We can even live for days without water. But we can only live for minutes without oxygen.

1. Describe the picture.
The picture shows a helpless human and a tainted environment representing few and almost dried trees. The background color (yellow orange) gives emphasis for fire and heat which we may be the reason for the human’s helplessness and thirst. I noticed the jar of water in the branch of the tree which pours water directly to the thirsty mouth of the human. The body of the human is being attached to the ground and at the same time where the trees grow particularly on his head and abdomen. The blue cloth that binds the human and the environment emphasizes their interrelationship.
2. Interpret the photo.
This photo is not just a simple picture but an exemplary painting of a person who gives a genuine concern to our environment. As being cited above, human being and the environment are interrelated. The plants supply food for human in order to live and vice versa, human needs to take good care our environment in order to maintain the ecological equilibrium between human and the environment. However, this principle is not being applied in the picture with regards also of what has been happening nowadays.
The world is already overpopulated, forest and our natural environment were turn to Subdivisions and Factories. In result thereof, trees are being cut down to build more buildings and houses. Our forest are being denuded which cause climate change and global warming. As of today, we are experiencing calamities in which I believe that these are the results of humans’ abuse to the environment. Some of our fellows are being killed, some lost their home, their family, and we are now helpless. ( just like the ‘human’ being shown in the picture.)

This picture implies that human should take good care of the environment for him to live. I may even suggest that we should plant trees, conserve, and preserve our environment. Yesterday, our professor told us that we should give concern to our environment. She also suggests that the government should require every student prior to their graduation to plant 10 trees as well as all the professionals before renewing their licenses.
On the other hand, I was quiet sad to think that this program was already implemented five years ago (or more). Students were required to plant trees prior to their graduation but those trees were just cut down for the implementation of Development Plan in the town. There is really disappointment on this issue, development sometimes is the reason why we devastate our environment. The government should give priority on how to conserve and preserve our natural environment before it is too late.

What a pity that the general public is so ignorant about what genetically modified really means.
First, we should realize that each new generation of every plant and animal is genetically modified from its parents; that is the resilience and beauty of nature, and how evolution has occurred. We are genetically modified from our parents, as are our children from us – mixing genes is healthy! Second, traditional breeding of plants to get preferred varieties – higher yields, tastier, pest resistant, fertilizer responsive, etc – is all a form of genetic modification. Third, modern techniques to choose and alter genes may affect the fruit or animal or crop to be more pest resistant for instance, but when you consume the product, there is absolutely no chance you will in any way be influenced by the genetic make-up of the food. 1 Describe the picture. The picture describes the aggregation of the human and the environment. The picture is very hard and is complicated to understand and interpret. The human in the picture is very ugly look; he is drinking; he is nude and the teeth are big. The trees are growing in his womb and his head. Beside the picture is the fabric that hangs in the trees from his leg to his hand.
2. Interpret the photo. For me, the photo shows the relationship between the human being and the environment. It only means that human beings are needed by the environment as will as environment needs the human beings. This picture emphasizes that what human do to the environment will also return to him. Human cannot survive without the help of the environment. As what we observe the trees are few, it is because in our real world people are cutting trees for their own satisfaction and in order to have their own place to live because they are getting over populated without knowing that they are already destroying their mother world. As what we observe, human in the picture is very thirst and the surroundings are color in red. It is because; nowadays our environment is very polluted.

Human should get scared of what environment or the nature can give if they will abuse them. There are different types of cloning however, and cloning technologies can be used for other purposes besides producing the genetic twin of another organism. A basic understanding of the different types of cloning is key to taking an informed stance on current public policy issues and making the best possible personal decisions. The following three types of cloning technologies will be discussed: (1) recombinant DNA technology or DNA cloning, (2) reproductive cloning, and (3) therapeutic cloning.
To "clone a gene," a DNA fragment containing the gene of interest is isolated from chromosomal DNA using restriction enzymes and then united with a plasmid that has been cut with the same restriction enzymes. When the fragment of chromosomal DNA is joined with its cloning vector in the lab, it is called a "recombinant DNA molecule." Following introduction into suitable host cells, the recombinant DNA can then be reproduced along with the host cell DNA
